Mr. Storz has nearly 14 years of experience in corporate finance with a focus in asset based lending. During his career, he gained experience managing client relationships with financially stressed and distressed companies for a major commercial bank. He has participated in 363 sales, liquidations, and multiple turnaround situations. He has performed in depth financial statement and cash flow analyses (including the construction of thirteen week cash flows), conducted analyses of borrower assets to determine collateral quality and conducted both legal and financial due diligence reviews for multiple major lenders related to both secured and unsecured credit facilities as well as M&A transactions.

During the course of his business career Mr. Storz has been tasked with collateral examinations, relationship management, credit risk review, and underwriting for institutions such as PNC Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Wachovia Capital Finance, BNP Paribas, and Greystone Business Credit. As an attorney, Mr. Storz was an associate at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP in the Corporate Finance Department.

Mr. Storz is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
