Kennedy acquired Core Vision in 2025 with a mandate to address longstanding challenges in secured lending, from traditional asset-based facilities to lender finance, warehouse and securitization structures. She leads the firm's strategy, financial management and full-service offering, and she works directly with clients on engagement scope and delivery. Alongside other senior team members, she performs QA on client deliverables before release. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in domestic and international lending and has worked in nearly every function of a lending platform, including credit, structuring, originations and operations. She also has hands-on experience in technology-enabled transformation, including organizational design and process optimization.

Joann brings 25+ years of experience in public accounting, secured lending, collateral audits, appraisal services and collateral operations. She previously built JPMorgan Chase's Collateral Agent Services Group, overseeing syndicated credit facilities of up to $1B. She now applies that experience to Core Vision's Portfolio Oversight business, where she leads ongoing collateral monitoring, borrowing base review and portfolio reporting for lenders. Joann leads training and mentorship across the firm. She develops examiners from associate through senior levels, coaches teams on complex engagements, and sets expectations for the quality of the firm's work. Alongside the Managing Partner, she manages Core Vision's most significant client relationships and reviews examination work before delivery. She specializes in complex, multijurisdictional structures and in industries including auto, metals, general industrials and retail. She is a CPA based in New York.

Andrew brings over 10 years of experience performing collateral audits and field examinations for bank and non-bank lenders. His work spans traditional asset-based facilities and lender finance engagements, where the collateral is a specialty lender's loan portfolio rather than receivables and inventory. As COO, he oversees Core Vision's revenue operations, examiner deployment across the national team and client onboarding. He also owns the firm's asset-based lending methodology, including testing standards, work paper templates and reporting conventions. He continues to lead engagements directly. At Unified Examiners, he built his own region and team to more than $1MM in annual revenue. He specializes in food, agriculture and wine-related businesses, including seasonal, operationally intensive and distressed collateral situations. He is based in Utah.

Natasha brings 15+ years of experience advising financial institutions, private lenders and capital markets participants on credit risk due diligence and portfolio performance, for both asset-based loans and broader structured finance. Her work spans lender finance, trade and consumer securitizations, warehouse facilities and other structured credit transactions. She specializes in credit risk assessments, collateral evaluations and borrower financial analysis, helping clients make informed lending and investment decisions. Her expertise includes loan tape and collateral-level analysis, eligibility and concentration testing, servicing reviews, pool performance analysis, and developing diligence methodologies and testing protocols for complex asset classes. She is known for her analytical expertise, strategic perspective and commitment to giving clients actionable insights to identify and mitigate risk. She leads QA for Core Vision's structured finance engagements and is based in Pennsylvania.

Paul brings over 13 years of experience conducting asset-based field examinations for both bank and non-bank lenders. Previously with Unified Examiners, he helped manage the Chicago region office while actively training new examiners and reviewing field exams. He is known for his strong attention to detail, honest communication, and treating all parties—lenders, borrowers, and fellow examiners—with respect. A proud University of Notre Dame alumnus, Paul enjoys cheering on the Fighting Irish on fall Saturdays and spending time with his wife and nieces and nephews.

Melissa brings 20+ years of experience in public accounting and asset-based lending, with deep expertise in credit risk, structured finance, and due diligence. Prior to joining Core Vision, she served as Executive Director and primary credit officer in JPMorgan Chase's Specialty Finance group, managing credit exposure across capital markets and lending activities. Earlier roles included structuring and marketing asset-based solutions within the bank's leverage finance and collateral monitoring teams. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving high-profile clients in technology, finance, and entertainment.

Georgia Tsagalis is a transformational leader and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 25 years of experience driving enterprise change across organizations including JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital Corporation, and Wells Fargo Bank. She partners with leadership teams to design practical processes, formalize governance, and turn strategy into disciplined execution.

Leslie brings 7+ years of experience in secured lending leadership across loan servicing and collateral analysis with both bank and non-bank lenders. She leads Core Vision's collateral monitoring services vertical and brings expertise in client onboarding, risk mitigation, and high-quality customer experience. She is based in Georgia.

Wansa brings 5+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, and asset-based due diligence services. She holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Northeastern University and before joining Core Vision, held roles at EY and Bualuang Ventures, gaining valuable exposure to financial analysis, risk assessment, and business valuation. Wansa is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. She supports the Lender Due Diligence and Managed Portfolio Services groups.

Felipe is a Field Examiner with 5+ years of experience supporting asset-based lenders through collateral examinations and credit analysis. His experience includes evaluating accounts receivable, inventory, and borrowing base structures to support informed lending decisions. He is based in Southern California and values collaboration, continuous learning, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Eric brings 4 years of experience in asset-based lending and transaction advisory services, supporting both bank and non-bank lenders. He is based in New Jersey.
